British Buyers Mostly Prefer Jaguar – New Statistics

Every driver knows that the auto companies have also a marketing department, which apart from searching and finding out the new preferences of the market. They also try to find the statistics about which brand is the most preferred among the drivers, identifying in such a way the main competitors of their brand, this information will also allow the companies to make a detailed plan on how to compete. However, what should Jaguar do, if they appeared to be the most preferable by the British drivers?

Our journalists have found published results of studies of consumer satisfaction with new cars from JDPower in the UK. After a 11-year domination of Lexus, now the most “favorite” mark is Jaguar, putting the Lexus quite far behind.

JDPower Consulting Agency released the results of the traditional report of customer satisfaction with new cars for the UK. The survey involved more than 17,600 local drivers who own their cars on average of about two years. To evaluate the “pets” they had to rank them according to the 67 parameters, combined in four groups: technology and design, price of the content (including fuel efficiency and the cost of repairs), quality and satisfaction of users, as well as evaluation of the quality of the stamp dealers.
