As the Jaguar cars are main sports cars, people care mostly about the outer look of them, rather about how it looks in the saloon. However, we cannot forget that the main target group of the Jaguar company are rich and wealthy people, thus they care also about the stability. So all future “Jaguar” will be designed with the possibility of setting-wheel drive system. On this information the word was said by the brand director Adrian Hallmark.

At the moment, with all-wheel drive options the models that are offered are only XF and XJ. According to Hallmark, originally they were developed only in the rear-wheel drive versions, but the “Jaguar” has decided to respond to the demands of markets such as the U.S. and Canada, where, because of climatic conditions drivers demand all-wheel drive, as it is especially great in increasing the control of the car.

While the all-wheel drive is available only for the versions equipped with three-liter six-cylinder petrol engine producing 340 horsepower, some works are being done to improve the situation. But later, as Hallmark added, the ability to install a full drive will be provided for all new “Jaguar” models, regardless of the power unit the car has.
