What the Jaguar Company Will Do with Jaguar C-X75

January 30, 2013 at 09:14

Previously, as we have noted in our articles, the company Jaguar refused to run in batch the production of the supercar Jaguar C-X75, despite the fact that work on the project was close to completion. As the head of the brand Jaguar, famous Adrian Hallmark noted in one of his speeches to the public, this decision was influenced by the unstable economic situation in the world. Even though, many people do think that the situation is back to normal again, but it is not fully so on the market of the luxury products like yachts and cars.

“Given the current economic landscape, the decision to issue a supercar, the costs of which would range from 800,000 to a million pounds, really looks wrong. We have much more important projects, that we are working on, and that would utilize this money much more effectively”- this was said by CEO Hallmark.

Jaguar originally hoped to build at least 250 copies of the supercar C-X75 and then start on producing even more, as the demand would grow. Now there will be released only five cars, three of them to be sold, one will go to the Museum of the brand, and one will be left to the various presentations and demonstrations of the company at different car shows.
